Lunch:
Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken dinner (300c)
Chicken breast w/ broccoli florets, carrots & sugar snap peas, Kashi 7 whole grains & sesame with red quinoa pilaf, lemongrass & coconut sauce topped with coconut flakes
Snack:
0.4 oz. TJ's Roasted Seaweed Snack (60c)
Dinner:
1/2 c. sushi rice (149c)
a small bowl of fish, tofu & fishcake simmered in a kombu-infused broth w/ nappa cabbage & mushrooms (+/-150c)
Snack:
2 Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice cream bars (160c)
DAY 6 TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 929c
Day 6 and still going. My legs and butt have been especially sore since Day 1 but my arms and abs are not feeling it as much. I mean, I'm still able to walk my dog and move around quite easily but the soreness is there. On the diet front, I passed up on an invite to dine out...worried I might go into a free fall if I had gone, am extremely vulnerable and have been since Day 1. By the way, those Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice creams bars taste awesome!
