Day 7

Exercise:
Tracy Anderson 30-Day Method Dance Cardio - 40 min.
Tracy Anderson 30-Day Method Muscle Design Sequence 1 - 35 reps

Breakfast:
1 c. coffee w/ 2 tsp. sugar (30c)
1/2 c. blueberries + 1/2 c. blackberries (72c)

Lunch:
1 Kangaroo's honey wheat salad pocket(90c)
5 TJ's mini seafood crab cakes w/ tzatziki, Romaine lettuce &
3 cherry tomatoes (190c)














Snack:
1 Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice cream bar (80c)














Dinner:
Trader Joe's Chicken Tikka Masala w/ Cumin Flavored Rice (300c)
1/2 c. kimchee (20c)

Snack:
1 Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice cream bar (80c)
1 Asian pear (51c)
7 multi-grain crackers (75c)

TOTAL CALORIC INTAKE:  988c

Day 7 and it's been good today.  Not too hungry.  Trying not to think about the long way I still have to go but I'm happy I haven't cheated yet!  I'm not saying it will happen but there's 23 more days of this and it promises not to get any easier.  I know I'm relying too much on pre-packaged foods, which isn't as "clean" as Tracy would like but it saves me a lot of time and effort...one less thing I have to think about and do, ergo, less stress.  One question about the food plan...does it take into consideration smaller women?  All women (of different weights, sizes, energy levels) can't possibly eat the same thing and have the same result, can they?!!
After thumbing through the book again, I just realized a big booboo...I've been doing the leg/butt work all wrong by changing to the left and right at every other exercise instead of doing all 7 exercises on one side before moving on to the other side.  Oops! Should've read more carefully.  Tsk! Tsk!
