Tracy Anderson Mat Workout: Standing Ab & Non-weighted Arm only
Breakfast:
1 c. coffee w/ 2 tsp. sugar (30c)
1 hard-boiled egg w/ a sprinkling of Maldon salt (70c)
Lunch:
Arugula leaves & 1/4 an apple w/ a squeeze of lemon (30c)
4 oz. or 1/2 of a Maitre Pierre Tarte de Alsace (280c)
French style flat bread w/ ham, caramelized onion & gruyere cheese
Snack:
1 Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice cream bar (80c)
Dinner:
Arugula w/ 1/4 an apple & 1/2 a med. grapefruit (50c)
Weight Watchers Smart Ones Tuna Noodle Gratin (250c)
Snack:
1/2 oz. Lay's Wavy hickory bbq flavored potato chips (75c)
1 Weight Watchers chocolate raspberry ice cream bar (80c)
7 multi-grain crackers (75c)
TOTAL CALORIC INTAKE: 1,020c
Day 8 and the muscle design exercises are still a killer. The additional 5 reps a day really is what makes it tough. The dance cardio is alright. The diet...starting to get used to the small amounts of food. Timing is everything. Still hungry though, but not enough to cheat on my calorie intake. I'm not following Tracy's diet plan so I'm not sure how this will affect my results in the end. Here's hoping it doesn't. I remember reading an article about how she ate anything she wanted and it didn't affect her body because that is how effective her method is and it wasn't until she met Gwyneth and Madonna that she has hooked on to this clean eating diet. So I'm basing my diet on this save a few calories. We shall see!
